I have very little information concerning these at this time. The Squad Leader was an attempt to update the TrailGuide model to the Tactical style that was so popular when this model was produced. What I do know is the knives had Micarta handles, and stainless steel guards. The entire knife was bead blasted. I have been told that only about 50 knives were made like this making them quite rare. If anyone has more information concerning these knives please contact me.
